My approach is gentle, structured, and designed specifically for children.
I combine my background in childcare with specialist training in child bereavement (STILL Method) to offer support that is both nurturing and practical. Sessions are story-led and activity-based, helping children explore their feelings in a way that feels safe, age-appropriate, and manageable.
Support takes place in a calm, neutral environment where children can feel comfortable and at ease, or within familiar settings such as school.
I also understand, both professionally and personally, how grief can impact a child and their family, which shapes the way I hold space with care, patience, and compassion.

As I offer a range of support options for children, families, and schools, pricing will vary depending on the service.
Please feel free to get in touch and I’ll be happy to talk through the most suitable option and provide pricing.

No. CUBS Bereavement Support provides non-clinical bereavement support for children and young people.
My sessions are designed to offer a safe, supportive space where children can explore and express their feelings through gentle, age-appropriate activities and conversation.
While bereavement support can be incredibly beneficial, it is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, or medical support. If a child requires more specialist or clinical intervention, I will always recommend.
